Marek Neumann is an attorney-at-law and a Senior Associate in Allen & Overy’s Dispute Resolution Group. He graduated from the University of Warsaw at the top of his class in 2010 where he subsequently taught classes in commercial law. As a member of the University of Warsaw’s Center for Conflict and Dispute Resolution, he regularly coaches advocacy skills to law students. He coached the University of Warsaw FDI Moot teams in 2011, 2013, each of which won several prizes, and the 2014 team, which won the entire competition.

Martyna Darczuk is an advocate trainee and an associate in the Litigation & Dispute resolution practice at Clifford Chance in Warsaw. In her practice she focuses on international investment and commercial arbitration. She is also a coach of the University of Warsaw VIS Commercial Arbitration Moot Court team. She took part in the FDI Moot Court Competition and ICC International Commercial Mediation competition.

Agata Kruczyk-Gonciarz is a graduate of law at the University of Warsaw and a gradute of the LLB programme at the University of London. She is a former mootie - she represented the University of Warsaw at the FDI International Moot Court in 2016 and 2017, and at the Vis Moot in 2017. She currently works in a Life Sciences law team of the Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka law firm in Warsaw.
