2017
Anita Garnuszek
is a PhD student at the Department of International Private and Commercial Law, of the University of Warsaw, a graduate of the Hague Academy of International Law and the Arbitration Academy in Paris and an advocate trainee. She is a dispute resolution and arbitration practitioner, including investment arbitration. She participated in many national and international moot court competitions. In 2014/2015 and 2015/2016 she was the coach of the University of Warsaw Jessup Moot Court Competition team (in 2016 her team won the 1st place in the national final of the competition). In 2016, her team won the 6th place in the International FDI International Arbitration Moot competition.
Michał König
graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Warsaw and holds an LLM from the New York University School of Law. He is admitted to the bar in the state of New York and is also an advocate trainee in the Warsaw Bar Chamber. He is a dispute resolution and arbitration practitioner, including infrastructure disputes and investment arbitration. He participated in international commercial and investment arbitration competitions, both as a participant and as an arbitrator. In 2016, the University of Warsaw team he coached was ranked 6th in the FDI International Arbitration Moot competition.
Marek Szolc
graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Warsaw and the Faculté de Droit et Sciences Sociales of the Univeristy of Poitiers. He also attanted the Arbitration Academy in Paris. He works for an international environmental NGO. He successfuly participated in many commercial and investement arbitration moot courts. He was a member of the University of Warsaw team which won the final oral rounds of the FDI International Arbitration Moot in 2014 and was awarded an honourable mention for the best speakers during Madrid Moot, a competiton held in Spanish. He is the editor of the How to Win Moot Courts blog dedicated to moot court competitions. In 2016, the University of Warsaw team he coached was ranked 6th in the FDI International Arbitration Moot competition.
