We would like to kindly invite you to the 8th Warsaw Investment Arbitration Debate. The debate will be held on 26th October 2018.

The subject of the debate will be "The Evolving Boundaries of the Right to Regulate". As in previous years, the meeting will take the form of an Oxford debate in which two parties will show arguments "for" and "against" the thesis. The debate will take place at University of Warsaw, Main Campus, the Column Hall of the Faculty of History, Krakowskie Przedmieście 26/28

The event will involve a roundtable debate by leading academics and arbitration specialists who will be announced soon. The debate will be followed by the open discussion with the audience.

The debate will be held in English.
