Foreign Direct Investment International Moot Competition

is an international moot court for investment arbitration where law students from all over the world compete with each other. FDI Moot is a simulation of an arbitration proceedings where team members represent parties to a fictional legal dispute – an investor and a host state. Finals take place all over the world – in London, Boston, Malibu CA, Frankfurt, Buenos Aires.
